The Gulf Stream delivered.
Al and Andrew came out for back-to-back trips — inshore one day, Gulf Stream the next — and the offshore run made the long run out worth every mile. Bottom fishing was on fire. They filled the box with vermilion snapper, triggerfish, and porgy before the sharks started showing up and collecting their tax.
Grouper were there too. We released them clean.

Al's a tough one. The kind of angler you're glad to have on the boat when things get real offshore. Great people, both of them — the kind of trip that reminds you why this work is worth doing.
This is what a 10-to-12-hour Gulf Stream run looks like out of Crazy Sister Marina. It's a commitment, but when the bottom fishing is this good, nobody's watching the clock.

If you're thinking about getting out to the Gulf Stream before summer heats up, now's the time to lock in your dates. Spots are limited and offshore days fill fast.
